The Chinese authorities made an unprecedented decision to abandon any server hardware manufactured by IBM and to replace them by Chinese counterparts. The thing is that China suspects IBM of spying in favor of the USA and doesn't want any extra risks, including any IBM hardware used in public Chinese institutions and agencies, Market Leader reports.
