The momentum Fibo grid is built on top of 1.3810-1,3712 (wave A h4). There is a bearish wave developing from the starting point. It is represented by wave aC/C of level H1-H2.
The temporary sloping channel built through 1,3810 – 13,898 is currently defending the entire bearish move started at 1.3810.
At this point, the following bearish targets hold true:
1,3742= FZR Н1 inside аС/С;
1,3712=FZR Н4;
1,3700=111%;
1,3689=123%;
1,3675=138%;
1,3663=150%;
1,3651/53=38%+162%.
In order to suspend the entire downtrend, the price will have to break above 1.3779 (pivot) along with retesting and consolidating above 1.3810. This is the starting point for the entire bearish move.
