Portugal has been receiving financial support from the EU/ECB/IMG trinity of lenders since spring. The total amount is estimated at €78bn. The series of tranches is expected to end in mid 2014. Last Tuesday, the trinity of lenders positively estimated Portugal ’s efforts and approved another €4.3bn tranche.
