The Greek economy keeps falling into recession. More and more politicians speak in favor of expelling Greece form the eurozone. However, Germany is determined to preserve the integrity of the currency union. Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission, supports the Germany authorities, saying that it would be much costlier to make Greece leave the eurozone that to keep supporting it financially.
