According to David Lipton, IMF First Deputy Managing Director, investors keep losing confidence in Europe and the situation will get worse if not to take urgent and efficient steps. He says some eurozone countries should ease their monetary policies to stop the slowdown and to stimulate economic growth.
As the economic situation in Europe and the USA is far from being stable, the IMF should focus on cooperation with Asia, which has potential and strength to help the eurozone to solve its debt crisis.

EURUSD is forming wave C(C ) inside the “Hound of the Baskervilles” patter by Elder/MF. According to the Department of Masterforex-V Trading System , the closest areas of support are 1.2612 and 1.25663/1.2571. For now, there is no point in trying to determine the upward targets. It will make sense when the price breaks above the MF sloping channel 1.3072/1.2877 and the MF pivot 1.2873, thus hinting at a mid-term trend reversal.
