Yesterday the Greek parliament approved another austerity package aimed at reducing the country’s budget deficit. It implies substantial job cuts (30K jobs) as well as wage and pension cuts. These are forced measures as they are demanded by the lenders in exchange for another tranche (8 billion euro).
As a result, over 70.000 people gathered in Athens to protest the austerity program. At first, it was a peaceful demonstration, which later escalated into a riot. Young protesters in masks started throwing stones and petrol-bombs at the police. In response, the police had to apply teargas and batons. Athens wasn’t the only Greek city involved in protests.
Today a new wave of protests is expected in Athens and throughout Greece.
FOREX.
According to the SRP Sub-department under the Department of Masterforex-V trading system , EURUSD keeps forming wave B H1. The price has just started forming sub-wave C inside the mentioned wave. If the price breaks below the Sloping Axis h4 and the Balance Line of AO_Zotik on H1, it may reach 1.3605.
Otherwise, the mentioned wave B H1 will be complicated with the “ABC” pattern.
