GBPUSD: Will S&P’s statement strengthen the British Pound?

Standard & Poor's has recently confirmed the UK’s highest credit rating of AAA, with a stable outlook.

According to the Carole Sirou, S&P's head of France, the agency is confident in France’s stable AAA rating. She said that the decision wasn’t dependent on any specific budgetary commitments.

GBPUSD keeps declining (wave A/B h8). According to the Department of Masterforex-V trading system , once the price breaks the MF pivot 1,5437, it will confirm the reversal (wave A).

If the currency pair overcomes the local low 1,5338, it will form a FZR and will initiate a long-term downswing - wave C(C ). If there is an upward FZR – a break above 1,5710 – GBPUSD will initiate wave A(C )/C.
