Today at 16.00GMT the US President Barack Obama will give a speech to a joint session of the US Congress on economic prospects and unemployment. He is going to "lay out a series of bipartisan proposals that the Congress can take immediately to continue to rebuild the American economy".
Other long-term goals are to reduce the budget deficit, to create new jobs, to expand tax benefits for small-scale businesses and to invest more funds in the US infrastructure. The project is planned to be financed at the expense of budget spending reduction.

According to the SRP Sub-department under the Department of Masterforex-V trading system , EURUSD has finished working out a downward RP (reversal point) of H4. At this point the currency pair is forming a wave of H1-H4, which may well be either the 4th sub-wave of the downswing form 1.4548 or wave B.
In the 1st scenario the price may hit 1.3809, in the 2nd one it is necessary to monitor the momentum structure of the downswing.
