Late last week the Euro Commission, ECB and IMF’s special joint mission suddenly suspended the talks with the Greek authorities about another loan and left Athens.
There was no agreement on budget deficit reduction. The Greek Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos confessed that the authorities had failed to meet the requirements and hoped that the talks would be resumed in mid September.
Right after the incident the President of the Reserve Bank of Greece Georgeos Provopulos announced financial support for Greek banks taken from the Greek reserves.
FOREX.
According to the SRP Sub-department under the Department of Masterforex-V trading system , the European trading session was opened with a bearish gap. Technically, EURUSD is forming wave C H4, which contains a complete ABC pattern (H1). The next downward target area is 1.4056-1.4042.
To define the vector of the forthcoming movement we apply the SRP elements and other binary patterns by MF.
