It is confirmed by the fact that according to the Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs, the bank accounts owned by Hosni Mubarak, Muammar Kaddafi and Ben Ali were frozen in January-February while the information on the amount of the deposited money was also made public ($470M, $415M and $69M correspondingly).
