There is a conflict between France and Italy, which may involve the entire EU.
The Italian Interior Minister Roberto Maroni openly blamed France for breaching the Shengen agreements preventing the people with temporary Italian residence permits from entering the territory of France. The reason is the lack of means of subsistence and possible criminal past of the African refugees.
Some experts say that Germany and other EU countries may join France. The common Euro currency has already started declining in value as if reacting to the news.
FOREX. During the last week EURUSD formed a downward ABC pattern of H1. The wave C of the pattern is still not finished. If there are no signals confirming that the wave is completed, the price may continue falling down to 1.4266 and 1.4187.
According to the Sub-department of Anticipatory Forecasting under the Department of studying Masterforex-V trading system , a break above of the BL (balance line) on H4 and the end of C h1, if supported by the other AFS signals, will indicate the end of the entire downward correction movement and possible update of the mid-term high.
