European stock indices have started this trading week in the green zone. The major reason is the news from Europe. Angela Merkel And Fracois Hollande met during the weekend. However, they failed to agree on when to start the eurozone banking regulator. Hollande wants it to be started as soon as possible while Merkel postpones the start.
