During the latest mobile expo named MWC 2016, Chinese mobile vendor ZTE introduced a couple of new mobile devices, including 2 smartphones of the Blade series - Blade V7 and V7 Lite.
The Hi-Tech News Department of Market Leader has found out that ZTE’s new smartphones can be treated as mid-price devices. Still, they have some features that are typical of premium devices. For instance, the body is fairy thin – just 3.5mm. By the way that’s the reason why some experts call it an iPhone 6 clone. Indeed, Blade V7 looks very similar to Apple’s smartphone.
ZTE Blade V7 can boast a 5.2-inch display with 1920 by 1080 pixels, which is Full HD resolution, and 2.5D protective glass, which is slightly curved along the edges. ZTE Blade V7 is powered by 8-core MediaTek MT6753 1.3GHz CPU and 2Gb of RAM as well as 16GB of external memory, which can be further extended by flash cards. It also has 2 cameras – a 13-megapixel one at the back and a 5-megapixel one at the front. The smartphone is also powered by Android 6.0 OS.
The lighter version, which is ZTE Blade V7 Lite, is going to have a 5-inch display and a quad-core processor - MediaTek MTK6735P – as well as 2 cameras 8 megapixels each. The rest of the tech specifications are the same. ZTE Blade V7 Lite is going to be on sale in late spring 2016 while ZTE Blade V7 is going to e available only in early summer 2016.
As for the company’s stock, ZTE shares are trading in the green zone after gaining 0.81%. This is confirmed by the chart below, courtesy of Masterforex-V Academy.
