During the recent conference I/O 2015, Google official announced a new mobile platform - Android M. At this point the new operating system is available to developers as Android M Developer Preview& The final release is scheduled for this fall.
According to the Hi-Tech Department of Masterforex-V Academy, there are 6 major peculiarities of the new OS. The key one is the way the operating system interacts with third-parity apps and gives them access to various features.
Earlier, the user used to be making confirmations during the installation process. Starting from Android M, the user will be confirming each new action separately when making it for the first time. It happens os that the user can ban any app from using GPS or microphone or any other element of the smartphone.
At the same time, Google introduced Chrome Custom Tabs as a part of Android M. The cool feature of Chrome Custom Tabs is that it allows developers to integrate Google Chrome into their apps. Which is more important, Android M now can recognize the best way to open a certain link. For instance, if this is a link to a Facebook page, the link is going to be opened in the Facebook app instead of the browser.
Moreover, Android M will bring the NFC technology to android users. NFC stands for Near-Field Communication, a technology allowing the user to use the smartphone as a wallet without the necessity to use the credit/debit card. Android Pay will be available for free as well.
As of Google’s stock, the price is trading around $545,32 per share, which is confirmed by the chart below, courtesy of Masterforex-V Academy.
