Market Leader reports that the United States Patent and Trademark Office revealed another patent claimed by Apple. This is going to be a whole new type of keyboards.
According to the Hi-Tech Department of Masterforex-V Academy, the Apple has decided to revolutionize the hi-tech industry by introducing keyboards without actually physical buttons used. According to the source, this new input device by Apple is going to look like Magic Trackpad. Some other experts predict that this is going to be a device with a smooth aluminum surface.
On top of that, several online sources say that the patented devices will provide tactile feedback so that the user and feel what virtual button he/she is pressing. The new keyboard is probably going to be implemented when Apple decided to come up with new MacBooks and iMacs.
The technology behind the device is believed to be called Force Touch. This one is said to provide a clear and uniform sense of clicks anywhere. The actually panel of the keyboard to press against is said to have special sensors beneath it& These sensors monitor the degree of the force pressing the panel. With that said, the technology can be used to work in several modes depending on much force the user applies to press the buttons. The technology responsible for tactile response is believed to be called Taptic Engine. So far, these are all the details available on the matter.
