Beats Music, a music streaming service recently purchased by Apple, is going to become an inseparable part of iOS, The Financial Times reports. If to believe the information provided by the reputable edition, this is going to happen in early 2015, Market Leader reports.
In particular, hundreds of millions of iPhones and iPads are going to get a built-in radio, which is expected to exert downward pressure on Spotify Google Music and other similar projects, Masterforex-V Academy reports.
Most likely, Beats Music is going to undergo re-branding to become a part of iTunes, with preserving all of its functions. Beats Music is expected to allow the owners of iWatch to enjoy the music as well.
Masterforex-V Academy also reports that Beats Music has never been a very popular services. Its audience is just 110 000 people, which yields to the audiences of Spotify and Google Music. Still the re-branding under the name of Apple is likely to boost the popularity of the service in the near future.
it should also be noted that Apple previously tried to enter the niche with another similar project (Tunes Radio - still available in the USA and Australia), which seems to have failed. Some experts believe that the second attempt may turn out to be more successful.
As for Apple's stock, ti is currently trading around $116,31 per share after gaining 1,43% over the course of today's trading session. This is confirmed by the chart below, courtesy of Masterforex-V Academy.
