HTC One (M8) is believed to come into market in April 2014. The news is spread by Spigen, a German manufacturer of mobile accessories (including cases). Whether this is true or not, we will find this out in a couple of weeks.
On March 25th, HTC is going to conduct an official presentation of HTC One (M8). The company used to keep silent on that but failed to keep it a secret. More and more web sources publish the news on the new device, including even the specifications. Apparently, most of those posts are rumors and predictions.
In particular, most of those websites claim that the new HTC device has a 5-inch display (1920 by 1080 pixels) and a quad-core processor (2,3GHz). The amount of RAM is most likely equal to 2Gbs. As for the external memory, it is currently 16Gbs but can be expanded to 128Gbs thanks to microSD. The dimensions are 146,36 x 70,6 x 9,35 mm. The new device is said to weigh 160g.
According to Telstra, the new device (HTC One) will cost around 840 Australian dollars or $760. This is the recommended retail price.
Still, the market doesn't seem to be reassured by the news and the forthcoming release FO the new device. The company's stock keeps losing value. Apparently, these are hard times for HTC. Still, some experts are optimistic and expect the release of the renewed HTC One device to change the situation for the better.
