Not so long ago, several web sources reported that Apple is currently working on Apple TV, a TV adapter. They claim the device may get its own camera to track the user's motion.
This rumor is confirmed by the vacancies placed on Apple's official website. The list of vacancies includes experts in built-in cameras for innovative products (engineers, debuggers etc). Apparently, they are needed to work on Apple TV. The list also includes specialists to work with Mac OS X and iTunes.
It should be noted that Apple purchased PrimeSense, an Israeli company that used to develop Kinect for Microsoft (the gadget that allows the system to track and recognize the user's motion and respond to them. Still, these are just rumors and suppositions so there is no 100% guarantee that Apple TV will ultimately get a built-in camera. This remains to be seen…
