Several web sources reveal a new portion of information on the new modification of the best-selling device by Samsung called Galaxy S5, which is going to be introduced in the near future.
Market Leader previously reported on the matter, telling you that Samsung is about to expand the Galaxy S5 series. The original S5 device that was introduced during MWC 2014 has a 5,2-inch display (Super AMOLED, 1920х1080 pixels – Full HD) and a quad-core CPU - Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 2,5 GHz. Also, the smartphone has 2Gb of RAM and 16 to 32Gb of external memory.
Now, Samsung is said to be determined to add 1-2 more devices to the series. In particular, the display may be expanded to 5,2 inches, simultaneously getting an 8-core processor (may be Exynos 5 Octa, an ARM processor). Apparently, the devices will be powered by Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Meanwhile, Samsung's stock is sowing some weakness while trying to improve its financial performance. The new release will definitely help the company to restore its position. The chart below, courtesy of Masterforex-V Academy, reflects the current state of affairs in the market of Samsung:
