Market Leader interviewed John Gordon, NordFX's leading expert, to find out what helped the company achieve such great results in a highly competitive industry and asked him about the company's plans for 2014.
John Gordon: It Is Just the Beginning
Market Leader: John, allow us to congratulate you and your company on this wonderful event! Your company managed to win 3 awards in 3 nominations at a time! What are the secrets of your success?
John Gordon: Thank you for congratulations! Well, we don't like to boast. Still, there are some key points to pay attention to. We have been focused on the quality of all our products and services since the very moment the company was founded. Our clients' trust is the biggest reward for us. Therefore, we do our best to make any aspect of trading as efficient and convenient as possible. If we stay focused on that, success comes naturally.
ML: It is rare that a Forex broker is recognized the world's best in a certain nomination for 2 years in a row. Still, NordFX managed to achieve this goal. What does it mean for you and NorFX?
JG: For me and the rest of the crew this means that our efforts aren't vain and that we are moving in the right direction. There is a lot to be done yet but we are not afraid of new challenges. And we will definitely keep doing our best to stay among the industry's leading brokers.
ML: In you own opinion, what are all those products and services that helped your company to succeed?
JG: Last year was rich in innovative products and services. In particular, NordFX introduced a whole new type of trading accounts called Currensee along with a 55% deposit bonus. At the same time, NordFX expanded its presence worldwide by opening new offices abroad. In terms of trading conditions, the company tightened spreads for a number of currency pairs, thereby giving traders even more ways to improve their financial performance.

JG: Yes, we did. Still, we have much more goals for the next 5, 10 and 20 years. It is just the beginning. 2014 is no exception.
ML: How many active accounts do you have? How many traders show consistent results on a regular basis?
JG: At this point, we can boast over 800 000 active live accounts. The percentage of successful traders is constantly changing.
ML: As we can see, NordFX pays special attention to rookie traders by offering them unprecedented trading conditions and many other benefits. Why does the company do it and how many rookies managed to turn into winning traders thanks to the company's efforts?
JG: Well, being a client-oriented company, we are aware of the fact that many rookie traders have great potential. Therefore, the company is interested in discovering and revealing their talents to let them make money for themselves and the company. Apparently, any client-oriented company is interested in long-term cooperation with winning traders. Losers come and go, they cannot help a broking company in terms of maintaining decent financial performance while winning traders can.
