Samsung and Apple seem to be involved in patent wars once again, In particular, Samsung, a major South-Korean manufacturer of computer electronics, doesn't want to obey to Apple's demands. Apple accuses Samsung of violating some of its patents and wants the US court to ban Samsung mobile devices from sales in the USA.
In particular, Samsung is going to question Apple's claims filed to the US court. The attorneys working for Samsung warn that if the court satisfies the claims filed by Apple, this will be a dangerous decision that will let the American tech giant to keep getting rid of its rivals on the US territory.
Meanwhile, Samsung's stock seems to be feeling some pressure along with Apple's stock. Indeed, patent wars do not contribute ot the prosperity of those companies, simultaneously scaring investors and plain users of their products.
