Microsoft Windows 8.2 is likely to be available in the near future. In particular, Microsoft is about to bring back the classic menu with the “Start” button. The update promises to be interesting. At this point, some web sources report that the code name of the new operating system is Threshold. Some experts say that the new Windows operating system will come into market only in 2015.
The classic menu and the “Start” button will be a return to the company’s roots. The button is the starting point for starting different apps and tuning the OS by changing various setting and parameters. It was first introduced in Windows 95. Later on, when Windows XP was introduced, Microsoft changed the classic menu to the standard one. However, Windows 8 was completely redesigned since the company tried to adapt the OS to touchscreen devices. Now, Microsoft is trying to fix the drawback by turning back to the classic menu.
