“Market Leader”: Hello, Laura. At the end of this month your company is holding the 7th International Exhibition of Stock Industry KIEV FOREX EXPO 2013 in Kiev. Please, tell us what is waiting for the visitors of the event?
Laura Mirnaya:Hello. First of all, visitors will be provided with a new rich scenario, for every year we hold various lectures and workshops, which will not be repeated next year. This year’s exhibition KIEV FOREX EXPO 2013 will be more large-scale than last year, so the number of participating companies and their variety will make a pleasant surprise to visitors.
“Market Leader”: Will the current exhibition be any different to previous Forex forums in Kiev?
Laura Mirnaya: Yes, of course. As I have said, every year we try to make a new project, we have creative approach to every event, thus filling the program with most topical events.
“Market Leader”: In your opinion, how can KIEV FOREX EXPO 2013 be useful to beginning traders and investors?
Laura Mirnaya: We are compiling the program of the exhibition in such a way that it could grasp a wide range of visitors, be interesting and, what is most important, useful to beginning traders and people who have faced the world of exchange trade for the first time. Laura Mirnaya: Guests of the exhibition will be able to have “live” acquaintance with rules and secrets of trade; this is the reason we are holding the event. This year lecturers will include such gurus of exchange markets as Vasiliy Yakimin, an associate professor of Finance and Banking Business Department at RANEPA, the rector of exchange trade academy Veniamin Safin, as well as the head of Customer Service Department at Forex 4 You – Eduard Tsinker.
“Market Leader”: Please, tell us about the program of the exhibition in Kiev.
Laura Mirnaya: With pleasure. The official opening of the exhibition will be held on November 29 at 11.00 a.m. in “Elite” exhibition hall. At 12 o’clock there will be held a round-table discussion on the topic “Benefits and Risks of Forex Market Institutionalization in Ukraine”. Workshops and lectures on exchange trade will start at 1.30 p.m. At the same time, from 12.00 till the end of the exhibition there will be held a show-program and prize drawing. On the second day, November 30, the exhibition will be open from 11 o’clock; from 11.20 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. workshops from Forex gurus and lectures on various topics will be simultaneously held in two halls. “Market Leader”: Is the exhibition in Kiev limited by a business program only, or is there provided an entertaining part?
Laura Mirnaya: It is hard to be serious all the time. As an entertaining part the exhibition presupposes prize drawing held every day from 12.00 p.m. to 06.00 p.m.
“Market Leader”: Laura, in your opinion, what is the main difference between FOREX EXPO in Kiev and FOREX EXPO in Moscow?
Laura Mirnaya: First of all, these exhibitions have different programs. We prepare certain topics for lectures and round-table discussions for every city depending on information demand of the region and current peculiarities of market trade. And, of course, it is worth mentioning that this year the exhibition in Moscow has proved to be more large-scale than last year – almost twice bigger!
“Market Leader”: Are you planning to organize and hold similar exhibitions in the nearest future in other cities besides Moscow and Kiev? Maybe, Minsk, Vilnius, Tallinn, Kishinev, Tbilisi, or other capitals of CIS countries?
Laura Mirnaya: We are planning to hold similar exhibitions in Latvia (Riga) and Georgia (Tbilisi). This is what is certain for now.
“Market Leader”: Which exhibition in Kiev has been most memorable to you and why?
Laura Mirnaya: Frankly speaking, it is hard to say. Every event is special; every exhibition is worked on hard, for we are trying to do something unique, new, and interesting for guests and participants. I do not have a favourite exhibition in Kiev yet. Maybe this November exhibition will become the one.
