New update for Android 4.3 Jelly Bean has brought a number of inconveniences to the owners of GALAXY S III. Despite the long anticipation of the novelty, Google has decided to update GALAXY S III and GALAXY Note II to Android 4.2 in the first place. However, it was later decided to skip this update and switch to Android 4.3. This has resulted in long anticipation, which has not brought any comfort to the users.
In November owners of GALAXY S III have updated their OS to Android 4.3 in a number of European countries. The update has enabled support of the “smart” watch, update settings menu, changed icons, and display modes. There have appeared a number of new updates.
TRIM support and new drivers of graphic accelerator were supposed to speed up the work of the smartphone, but the update was soon stopped via the official channel (KIES). The matter is that despite new functions, the update has brought many inconveniences. The main problems include quick battery discharge, slow Wi-Fi connection, and freezing of the interface, as informed by “Hi-tech” Department of the “Market Leader”. However, the main problem concerned unblocking the screen. Once the unblocking button was pushed, it could take several seconds for the screen to actually unblock. What is more, sometimes this would not happen at all. Similar freezing occurred during conversations.
Samsung is currently correcting its mistakes. Otherwise, this may have negative influence on popularity of the new OS, as informed by the Analytics Team of Forex Trend (Forex Trend is a current leader of Masterforex-V Academy rating of forex brokers ).
