Russian fans of Apple products welcome new devices by Apple as the world-famous tech giant starts the official sales of iPad Air and iPad mini 2 in Moscow. Apparently, the demand for tablets is going to be fairly high.
At this point, apart from official Apple stores, Moscow fans can find Apple products in Svyaznoy and re:Strore. The prices are identical in those two retail chains.
The 2 new tablets by Apple with Wi-Fi cost 19 990 RUR(16Gb) to 31 990 RUR (128Gb). At the same time, the 3G version cost 24 990 - 36 990 RUR.
It should be noted that the devices were released on October 22nd. By the Russian sales were started only yesterday (October 13th). iPad Air will be sold in St. Petersburg on September 14th. The device has a 9.7-inch display and a 64bit processor (A7). Still it is thinner and lighter than its predecessors.
