One of the largest world producers of electronic goods Japanese company Panasonic has made predictions about its operating income; it is expected to rise to 270 bln. yen or 2.75 bln. dollars. The “Market Leader” informs that earlier it was expected to amount to 250 bln. yen.
Market specialists admit that the new prediction of operation income almost coincides with average market prediction, calculated by the specialists of Thomson Reuters agency (268.2 bln. yen).
It is worth mentioning that Panasonic has lately paid more attention to industrial constituent parts, rather than to products of consumer electronics, thus increasing the chosen niche by virtue of ecologically friendly technologies and automobile systems.
By means of restructuring the corporation has reduced its production of microchips and excluded smartphones and television panes from the market. As informed by the specialists of Nord FX (NordFX enters Masterforex-V Academy rating of forex brokers ), by the end of current financial year the technological giant is planning to stop producing plasma panels, and the plant on their production is supposed to be sold by April 2014.
