It is hard to overestimate the serious and prestigious international nomination, in which we have been recognized as the best. On the other hand, this once again proves the high level of client service, other services, exclusive technologies of effective trading, and one of the best trading conditions on the market, which are realized by RoboForex.

Market Leader: Please, tell us what was memorable about this year forum Online Trading Expo?
Andrei Goilov: First of all, intention of exhibition program has been a pleasant surprise. In my opinion, organizers of Online Trading Expo have perfectly prepared and held such large-scale event, not leaving any nuance behind. I would like to admit that visitors could not only get acquainted with brands of the participants, but also visit workshops, conducted by well-known traders, investors, analysts, and experts. Most burning issues have been discussed within the framework of seminars; these included the following: how to trade and invest successfully at the time of unstable global economy, how to choose most effective trading strategies, which tools of Forex market are most effective, and much moreм. Heated round-table discussions have touched the problems of future trading in Asia and worldwide.
Market Leader: As far as we know, participants of the exhibition included over 50 highly authoritative companies. Was the mount of RoboForex interesting to visitors?
Andrei Goilov: Our company’s mount has been popular throughout all exhibition. During this time RoboForex specialists have been giving consultations to visitors of the event by answering to their questions and helping then to choose most optimal combination of trading conditions and services.
Market Leader: Which products have evoked most interest?
Andrei Goilov: Traders have been most interested in professional ECN-accounts with direct access to interbank liquidity. Andrei Goilov: Head office of RoboForex company is located in New Zealand; speaking about its regulation, the company is a member of Financial Services Complaints Ltd. FSCL, which is an independent noncommercial organization, created for resolving conflicts between users and the companies that provide financial services. RoboForex is also registered in FSPR (Financial Service Providers Register) as provider of financial services. FSPR is an open for general use electronic register that enables anyone to find information about officially registered providers of financial services, find out their contacts, as well as get acquainted with the types of financial services they are entitled to provide and the scheme of conflict resolution that they belong to.
Market Leader: Is the company regulated in Russia?
Andrei Goilov: Yes, RoboForex is a part of the “Center for regulating OTC financial instruments and technologies” (“CRFIN”) – organization, which effects quality control in Russian segment of Forex market. Andrei Goilov: Yes, you are right. On September 12, 2013 the license of RoboForex (CY) Ltd. No. 191/13, issued by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, was activated. This means that our company corresponds to all procedures and requirements of the financial regulator and provides its services as a competent licensable participant of financial markets. By the way, in the nearest future RoboForex (CY) will start its official website.
Market Leader: Andrei, how did the idea of creating RoboForex arise?
Andrei Goilov: The idea of creating RoboForex has arisen due to the popularity of trade with the help of robots and advisors. At that time most brokers had negative attitude to such trading mechanisms, some of them have even directly indicated that “trading with advisors is forbidden”. For this reason, the management of RoboForex has staked on providing excellent trading conditions and on speed of order fulfillment, which has had positive impact on use of robots. This served the basis for the company’s name and its logo: “Use robots, get profit”.
Market Leader: In you opinion, has traders’ level in Russia and around the globe risen during the recent years?
Andrei Goilov: Certainly, yes, for market competition is rising every year. Today almost any broker tries to provide traders with an opportunity of high-quality studying. The number of traders using traders and advisors has also risen and keeps rising further. A good example of this is the latest winner of Automated Trading Championship, who has managed to show the profitability of several hundred percent for 2 month owing to his robot.
Market Leader: What do you think about current situation at Russian Forex market? What should traders expect?
Andrei Goilov: It is expected that by the end of the year the State Duma will adopt “The Law on Financial Markets Regulation”, which will eliminate kitchens and rise the company’s responsibility before traders. This will certainly influence the quality of provided services.
