It’s been a couple of weeks since Apple introduced new devices – iPhone 5S and 5C. However, the prices on those devices have already seen several ups and downs since then. A couple of days ago, for example, iPhone 5S and 5C appreciated by 1018 euro in France. Apple seems to be trying to make up for the expenses connected with copyrights. The new prices are officially raised and published on the official website.
iPhone 5s with 16, 32 и 64 Gb now cost 709, 811 and 917 euro respectively. The previous prices were 699, 799 and 899 euro. It is not difficult to figure out that the prices are up by 10, 12 and 18 euro respectively.
iPhone 5c with 16 Gb costs 609 euro against 599 euro. iPhone 5c with 32 Gb costs 711 euro against 699 euro.
The official sales of the new devices in France started on September 20th. 3 weeks later we sat the first price hike. Does it mean the prices will be increased in other countries as well? Apple hasn’t commented on them matter so far.
Meanwhile, Apple’s stock is appreciating on strong sales. The chart below, courtesy of Masterforex-V Academy, reflects the current state of affairs in the market of AAPL:
