One of key workers of Nike company – Ben Shaffer has switched to Apple. The “apple” corporation has shown very professional approach to creation of a “smart” watch. South Korean company Samsung has already introduced its Galaxy Gear, which, though, has not shown great advantage. Apple is going to prove the world that it can create a truly interesting product.
Shaffer is a designer in Nike company and a director of research laboratory Innovation Kitchen, which is famous for its experimental projects. According to “Hi-tech” Department of the “Market Leader”, it has not yet been informed what Ben Shaffer will do in Apple.
There are rumours that he will be entrusted to create iWatch. Owing to this person Nike has been called the most innovative company of 2013. He has created the famous bracelet Nike FuelBand, which may calculate moving activity of its owner. This bracelet is worn by the head of Apple Tim Cook. The lightest snickers – Flyknit – have also been released under the management of Shaffer; they weigh only 160 grams.
This summer Apple has drawn away the former executive director of Yves Saint Laurent Paul Deneve, as well as fitness expert and consultant of Nike Jay Blahnik. Maybe these people will introduce iWatch at the end of 2014.
