Nokia, a major Finnish manufacturer of mobile devices, is expected to introduce a new tablet on September 26th. Its name is Sirius. The new tablet is said to be powered by Windows RT.
The device is said to be light and thin, lighter and thinner than Apple’s iPad. The Sirius tablet has a 10,1-inch touchscreen (1920*1080), a quad-core processor (probably, Snapdragon 800), 2Gb RAM. Other hardware specifications include microHDMI and microUSB, 4G LTE, microSD and a 6-megapixel camera.
The simplest version of the new device is expected to cost $499, which is equal to the price of iPad. At this point, it is difficult to predict that Sirius will become a success worldwide.
