December future for wheat has amounted to 863.4 cents per bushel at Chicago exchange as of September 18, which is 1.66 percent less than the day before. March future has amounted to 875.6 cents, which makes up a decline by 1.64 percent.
The price for wheat at Kansas City exchange has amounted to 329.1 dollars per ton, which is 1.1 percent less.
At London exchange in Europe LIFFE November future has risen from 204.5 to 205 pound sterling per ton, having thus risen by 0.2 percent. The price of November future at Paris exchange MATIF has amounted to 259 euro per ton instead of 260.25, which makes up a decline by 0.5 percent. January future has amounted to 258 euro per ton instead of the previous value of 259.5. This makes up the decline by 0.6 percent.
Futures for wheat have remained unchanged at Kazakhstan exchange ЕТС.
This Monday in the USA quotations for wheat, soy, and corn have dropped by over 4 percent. Quotations have also dropped in Europe, but not so rapidly. Quotations have dropped by 1.2 percent in London and by 2.3 percent in Paris.
Wheat future seems to be not ready for mid-term uptrend, but its correction remains. At this point the first down wave is supposingly formed within correction of higher wave level. If such assumption is correct, prices will drop within third wave and local low 860 will be updated when the second wave is over at the point of 890.
