Rice will save the world from food crisis. Such prediction has been made by representatives of the United Nations Organization. This year’s stocks considerably exceed the ones of 2008, which is the year when the world faced food crisis.
Prices for rice are stable in Asian countries, and there are no limitations on its export. In the course of last 12 months prices for wheat have risen by 23 percent, of corn – by 7.7 percent, and prices for rise have dropped by 8 percent.
The chart below reflects the current state of affairs in the market of rice: its future has broken the start of wave "a" 14.89, having in such way proved the formation of down-wave "с". In short term wave [v] of (3) is expected to be over; after this minor price rise is expected within the fourth wave.
