According to the Commodity Trading Department of , coffee prices are fluctuating within a price range.
Last week the price range widened – the prices fluctuated between 174,5 and 188,0. Stock rallies and droughts in Brazil and Columbia were the major reasons for that. The ICE reserves of coffee are roughly equal to 1,55 million bushels.
Weather conditions still favor Brazil’s abundant harvests. Rains eased the consequences of droughts.
Next week heavy rains are expected in Vietnam, Columbia, Indonesia, Southern India and Eastern Africa.
