Why is NORD FX so focused on offering its traders' the m-trading service? In the modern world, technologies develop so fast that hardly do people find enough time to learn a new thing when it is replaced by another one, still better or even built on other principles. Today, forex traders are unaware of such things as graph paper and the French curve though it was only 20 years ago that you could only draw price charts manually with their help. Charts are nothing: then traders even got international foreign currency prices from print media or by telephone in W1 format, i.e. for one week.
Today a forex market player cannot imagine trading without online prices. A few years ago this technological achievement opened new vistas for the currency market players and, at the same time, glued them to their workplace, before the monitor. Try and make yourself a coffee - and you risk ending up among losers!
Software developers responded to the new need rather fast - soon we had applications that could be installed on mobile devices such as telephones, palm PCs, smart phones, laptops. This is how mobile trading (or m-trading) appeared.
From today's perspective, first versions of mobile trading were primitive in that they offered a minimum of information. However, advantages of the novelty outweighed its weaknesses. Some forex market players have not recognized this yet but the invariably increasing popularity of mobile trading software encouraged software developers to improve it. Traders' desire to have a mobile product supported by ultra-fast development of mobile internet and IT effort yielded fruit: quite acceptable mobile versions soon were created for the most popular MetaTrader4 platform. They had some weaknesses such as lack of many advisors and indicators (a result of the small size of mobile devices' displays) but the number of traders who wanted to have them grew in geometric progression.
When latest generation iPod and tablet PC appeared and mobile internet became cheaper, advantages of mobile trading have become even more obvious. No professional forex market player will argue that mobile trading can replace a workstation today 100% bit will point out so many advantages of freedom from the chair before the monitor of the computer that all counterarguments fade fast.
In early summer this year, NORD FX offered an opportunity to use a free mobile MT4 version for iPhone based on Android OS. It was less than 6 months later that the most mobile partners of NORD FX got free access to MetaTrader5 from their smart phones and tablet PCs on Android OS. NORD FX has already announced that it is working on a new version of this application where the functionality will be significantly expanded by demonstrating charts and increasing the number of tools available for technical analysis.
NORD FX confidently holds the high Third Place in the Supreme League of the Forex Brokers' Rating of the Masterforex-V Academy. Maximum mobility must be playing an important role in this in addition to other strengths of this broker.
