The world changes rapidly. These changes are especially pronounced in the post-soviet space. Some twenty years ago we were still getting food in return for cards. What about today? The market is saturated with sausage, electronics, cars... What else would you want, it seems? However, the market offers increasingly more new goods and services.
Some ten years ago many of us heard the term 'forex' for the first time. Today dozens, hundreds of companies and dealing centers invite us to work through them. But we leant our lessons of bitter experience and don't rush after everything that alluringly shines. We need to understand things and 'separate the sheep from the goats'. This is when we face the problem we have never had - that of choice. What criteria? Who's better? How can you make sure?
Of course, the broker's reliability is the main criterion. What is reliability characterized by? Solid experience, large authorized capital. What else? Maybe, the company's growth, the opening of increasingly more representative offices in cities and countries? This is what we are going to speak about today with Pavel Vladimirovich Platonov, the manager of TeleTRADE's Kyiv-based representative office.
ML: Good afternoon, Pavel Vladimirovich! In your opinion, can the number of a dealing center's representative offices say anything in favor of its reliability? If yes, why?
PP: In the principle, it is a normal tendency of development when a company leaves the boundaries of a city or country. This means only one thing - we confidently grow and our business prospers. In financially hard times this also means stability and reliability, as well as the demand for what we are doing.
ML: How many representative offices has your company opened as of today and where?
PP: We are represented in over 20 countries, our representative offices are based in over 120 cities of the world. We have quite a wide network of representative offices in the post-soviet space. So, we can say that apart from being always online for our clients we are also physically as close to them as possible. We are the largest company in terms of the number of representative offices. There are as many as 32 in Ukraine alone.
ML: Can we suggest that your company holds a leading position in the market in terms of this figure?
PP: At least, we are doing a lot for this to happen. But we find it important to be the best, not only be called the best. Being the best based on the Masterforex-V Academy's rating serves as another incentive for us to move along.
ML: Why would you want to open representative offices to start with? Usually traders and investors communicate with brokers virtually, through the computer and telephone. So, is the local presence of the company's representatives really so important?
PP: Of course, since we teach how to work in the forex market and, apart from distance training, we offer full-time courses. You can register for a free workshop in every office we have and get the knowledge you need to work in the forex. You will agree that reading clever books is one thing and communicating live with experienced traders is absolutely different. This is expensive knowledge that we offer free of charge.
Besides, you can also attend practice classes where things will be illustrated and shown. What is this for? We want well prepared people to work in our company because we will be making money once they make it. We also have master classes to further hone trading skills. Any practicing trader can get additional knowledge, answers to questions that come up in work. It is here as well that live communication is very pertinent.
The opening of offices is also a purely psychological factor, like with loved ones: you can get in touch by phone or Skype, but it feels much nicer and simpler when you go live. You manage to say or ask more, share more. We are always happy when our clients come to an office and tell us, for example, about their tactics of work in the market and share experience. This means people find it important. What is important for our clients is of top priority for us.
ML: What ratings do your representative offices have in countries they operate in?
PP: Of course, we monitor their rating but it isn't an end in itself. It's great if we are in TOP 5. But the rating of our clients' trust is much more crucial than pure statistics. Our awards are the best indication of our rating: Forex Broker #1, the Company of the Year National Award, FOREX Expo Awards 2010 - Broker of the year, FOREX Expo Awards 2010 - Best CFD Broker, FOREX Expo awards 2009 - Best Standard – Forex Broker, Best Company of Europe in Finance and others. We are also members of KROUFR (the Commission for Regulation of Relationships between Financial Market Players) and NP TsRFIN (Non-profit Partnership 'Center for Regulation of OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies'). We are a Grade A broker, a top rating.
ML: The representative offices you have opened so far - are they the limit or are you planning to move along these lines? Please, tell us about your plans.
PP: Of course, only moving along. No matter what. Recently we opened a representative office in Poltava. There are lots of plans. Soon you will hear about their implementation.
ML: Thank you a lot for detailed answers.
We think now our readers will find it easier to solve the problem in question - that of choice. TeleTRADE has everything we spoke of in the beginning: solid experience, large authorized capital and a constantly growing number of representative offices in different countries. If these are indicators of reliability, probably, the problem of choice has been solved?
TeleTRADE is a confident player of the Supreme League of the Global Forex Brokers' Rating of the Masterforex-V Academy. This means both traders and investors have voted to maintain the reliability of this partner.
