During the press conference in Budapest Ewald Nowotny from the Governing Council of the ECB expressed his confidence that Portugal would be the last EU country to ask for external financial aid.
The situation in Portugal seems to be getting better. In June the country will have to pay back €7B. It was this debt that made Portugal ask for the financial aid. The decision to provide the aid may be made during the Eurogroup Ecofin Meeting scheduled for April 8th-9th.
By the way the IMF is ready to provide urgent financial aid if needed.
FOREX. As it was expected yesterday EURUSD keeps rallying.
According to the Sub-department of Anticipatory Forecasting under the Department of studying Masterforex-V trading system , the formation of wave C of H1 may be suspended or completed around 1.4412, which is a movement target of the senior timeframes. The smaller-scale timeframes in their turn will need to show reversal signals. If there aren’t any, the price will probably head for 1.4522.
