Forex news. Recently, as a part of teaching internet project of Masterforex-V Forex International Academy and Futures Trade and Stock Exchange, a new long-expected by many traders free webinar has been held.
Similarly to all previous sessions of this format, it has gathered rather massive audience, which consisted not only of beginners, but also of traders that already have some experience in doing practice at Forex. In addition, as admitted by webinar participants personally, every new session allows grasping not only the theory of modern conditions of trading operations at currency and stock markets, but also some unique and exclusive Academy technologies, with the help of which one can try his hand this day already.
Moving averages: what are the peculiarities for forex traders?
We would like to admit that it is most effective not to “try one’s hand” (although this is something that a beginner needs to acquire self-confidence), but to work, having the full arsenal of suggested by means at hand. In particular, the one that is “suitably packed” in a popular among many successful traders worldwide similarly-named trade system Masterforex-V.
By the way, it includes most modern technologies of Forex trade that consist of own developments, which are patented and implemented into practice with almost 100% effectiveness. Besides, this also includes the methods and means of trading that ore based on in-depth analysis are corresponding researches of highly professional Academy professors and graduates, who do research along with trading activity. This masters the entire system almost non-stop, starting with the time when ideas are born and finishing by the application of new technologies in real Forex conditions. Many traders, who are doing or have already finished their studies at the Academy, have currently become the traders that gain high and stable profit on a permanent basis despite some intrigues of brokers, who are trying to play against them.
Moving averages became the topic of present webinar, namely: “Moving averages and the System of Early Prediction in MF TS on the basis of AO and WRP modernization”. The peculiarity of the seminar was the fact that authors’ indicators (moving averages are one of main indicators at Forex market) AO_Zotik and WPR_Vsmark were presented by one of the developers, the head of Department of Trading System of Early Prediction Development Igor Zotov.
The participants of the seminar had a great opportunity to make sure that there are some drawbacks of traditional AO and WPR, which… at their own eyes were turning into benefits due to the authors’ approach of absolutely new concept of these indicators’ use. This was demonstrated by bright examples, which were explained in easy and clear way for anyone, even for the person that came for the first time. Therefore, the seminar showed numerous new unique functions of AO_Zotik and WPR_Vsmark, with the help of which Forex trade has become much easier, more useful, and more profitable. Moreover, the participants of the seminar became familiarized with the ways of solving the problem of moving averages’ delay.
AO_Zotik and WPR_Vsmark: new methods, which were not considered by classics
Structurally, the webinar discussed the following matters:
1. Similarities and differences of AO_Zotik and WPR_Vsmark from standard indicators.
2. Mutual supplementation of AO_Zotik and WPR_Vsmark.
3. The principles of AO_Zotik and WPR_Vsmark use to gain guaranteed profit.
4. Answers to the questions of seminar participants.
As usual, the links to previous webinars’ videos were prepared for those, who due to various circumstances were not able to attend them.
According to the set tradition, Andrei (akushyn) was the facilitator of the webinar. At the beginning of the webinar he indicated the main drawback of moving averages – their delay. Andrei said that the Academy has dealt with it by the means that is different from the classic ones (for example, via bias, optimization, or combined approach).
The means of solving the problem, which is suggested by the Academy, in unique and absolutely new; its basis is made by AO_Zotik indicator (named after its developer), developed by the Academy member. Its peculiarity is made by the fact that the author has translated a certain existing combination of indicators into the language of divergence signals. Therefore, AO_Zotik works in real-time regime and can be applied to any currency pair at Forex market. As a result, we have received not a delaying, but an advance indicator, the main peculiarities of which were explained at the session.
Particularly, AO_Zotik use jointly with main indicators of Masterforex-V TS for the analysis of current market situation was explained. However, the indicator can be used separately, but, it certainly is most effective jointly with Masterforex-V TS. This was explained, accompanied by numerous illustrations (including the comparison of the indicator’s work with the work of its traditional equivalents), by the author of the discovery, the head of Department of Trading System of Early Prediction Development, Igor Zotov. WPR_Vsmark indicator was also explained in detail.
What makes moving averages invalid, and how to solve this problem?
As admitted by Igor Zotov, classics recognize the invalidity of averages at volatile market in the places, where there is no distinct tendency. At the volatile market that has no distinct trend numerous false signals (within flat) are given by averages, and the method of work that was indicating the points of entry with great accuracy, becomes absolutely invalid and loss-making:
Classics advise to use one method (although it may have various forms of existence) for analysis and trade, but at the same time they admit that it does not always work and suggest nothing to solve the issue. In the majority of cases it works only in theory and buys many beginners by its simplicity. This is brightly demonstrated by world statistics – 97%/3%, only 3% of traders succeed.
Consequently, the main problems of using averages that have no certain response or algorithm technology of their solving are:
1. Delay of averages in reference to price, which results in a loss of the major part of covered track along the trend.
2. Validity of averages at trend market and their invalidity at fluctuation market (flat).
3. No ability to differentiate correction from reverse trend (false signals).
4. Chartism of signals on making a trading decision in theory, which are ambiguous online.
How can the problem of these drawbacks be solved? In absolutely new and innovative development of Department “The System of Early Prediction in MF TS on the basis of AO and WRP modernization”, with the help of modernized indicators, many drawbacks have turned into benefits, which provides the opportunity to see trading signals online, but not in theory.
АO_Zotik is a new indicator, which has combined all Veera peculiarities of MF averages and classic indicator АО B.Williams. Having lost no information value of these important indicators, it has at the same time gained a number of new revolutionary peculiarities, which assist in tracing the current market situation.
Unlike АО Williams, АO_Zotik has the form of three lines, but not a histogram, which increases its information value in times. It helps to trace the end of trend, first wave (or wave “A”) against current trend. It also helps to define whether the motion can be applied to trend or fluctuation markets, etc.
According to the definition of Masterforex-V Trading System “Trend moves from FZR to FZR”:
The principle of AO_Zotik work is that while the main line (red) is above/below the level of support (green) – the trend continues. The line of support, in its turn, indicates the direction of bullish or bear trend, whereas the line of balance jointly with the line of resistance/support helps to see the peak of correction. It also provides the opportunity to distinguish trend from flat, giving a clear idea of whether it is within one motion figure or another. Therefore, it works equally well within trend and within flat:
Consequently, unlike classics, the work is based on the synthesis of various binary peculiarities, when several instruments of different origin indicate one market action or another; this cannot be provided by any instrument by itself, no matter how magic it is.
At the end of the seminar Igor Zotov answered all questions, which were received from participants. Many of them gave sincere gratitude and indicated that this session was rather useful.
