Diezani Alison-Madueke, Nigeria’s former minister of oil and current OPEC president was arrested in London but soon released the other day. Still, she cannot leave Great Britain for now. The police haven’t commented on the matter yet.
Previously, it was reported that the London police have nothing to do with the OPEC president’s arrest. This is all about some investigation started by the National Crime Agency. All in all, the NCA arrested 5 individuals aged 12 to 60, including Diezani Alison-Madueke. They are accused of bribery and corruption.
In 2010-2015, when Diezani Alison-Madueke used to be Nigeria’s minister of oil, it used to be accused of similar crimes along with being spending millions on luxury items like personal jets and being involved in multiple multi-billion oil scandals.
In May 2015, the newly elected president of Nigeria promised to investigate into the matter and punish the guilty.
Meanwhile, the SRP Department of Masterforex-V Academy reports that the price of BRENT oil is developing an ascending ABC pattern of level H4 within the scope of a reaction to the long-term downtrend. Wave A and B are complete. If there are no complications and elongations, wave C is going to project further up to meet 1,5512 and 1.5990.
