The released reports on natural gas production say that the production volumes will be increased within the next few years. However, China’s demand for natural gas will also grow, which is expected to increase the price up to $7 by 2015.
It is also expected that the temperature below average should have forced communal services to spend more natural-gas volume. The decline of the inventories takes place within the average range of -10 to -30 bcf.
In terms of tech analysis, the situation is ambiguous: On the one hand, there has been settlement above 4.3, on the other hand the price is currently testing the volumes of the 4.35-4.5 range. Anyway, if there is a downward movement it will be a retracement.
