Yesterday, on June 11th, a representative of the Greek government announced that the authorities have decided to close ЕРТ, a Greek TV company. The employees are promised to receive compensation and employment.
Whether it is a coincidence or not, this happened exactly when the representatives of the ECB/EU/IMF lenders visited Athens to check whether Greece observes the austerity plan. As expected, the closure was attended by protests.
