Central bank has set the following dollar rate as of October 26 – 31.2499 ruble. This is 5.40 kopecks less than the previous rate, as informed by the «Market Leader».
On Thursday transactions at MICEX started within the range of 31.29-31.36 ruble per dollar. Minor decline of dollar is said to be connected with the growth of euro. The average USDRUR for tomorrow has amounted to 31.2922 ruble, which is 6.58 kopecks less than during the previous session.
Lasting consolidation during the previous trading session mostly likely means that wave [v] of (3) is over, and that correction within fourth wave of higher wave level is happening. If such assumption is correct, when correction is over the rate will increase within wave (5) to point 31.42. Major levels of support for feedback are provided by points 30.79-30.60.
