Today European exchanges are trading positively. Indexes are growing fast due to the expectation of the end of the meeting of European Central Bank members. The head of ECB Mario Draghi is supposed to introduce new measures that will be directed at fighting Eurozone debt crisis.
Independent index of largest enterprises of the region Stoxx Europe 600 has risen by 0.68 percent, having amounted to 267.30 points. Index of largest enterprises of Eurozone Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 has gained 0.88 percent, having reached 2463.35 points.
British index FTSE 100 has risen by 0.66 percent – to 5695.32 points. French index CAC 40 has increased by 0.82 percent, having amounted to 3433.63 points. German index DAX has risen by 0.97 percent – to 7032.14 points.
The chart below reflects the current state of affairs of British index FTSE 100: the index seems to have finished forming its fifth wave and is currently getting ready to the uptrend. However, the presence of a triangle during the previous American trading session brings doubt into the fact that the down-trend has definitely ended; therefore, low 5632 may be tested today.
