The EU authorities are getting more active as Greece and other risky eurozone states will soon have to pay off some of their debts.
Apart from the talks between the “trinity” of the EU, ECB, IMF and Greece, today the lower chamber of the Italian parliament is going to consider the austerity package introduced by the government and aimed at reducing Italy’s public debt by €54B.
Silvio Berlusconi is sure that the Italian budget will be balanced by 2013. There are rumors that China is going to help Italy either through investments or through direct financial aid.

EURUSD keeps forming its upward retracement of H4, which is probably sub-wave 4. The reversal point (RP) H1 hasn’t still worked out its potential, which means that the retracement may well become more complex.
