On Monday Silvio Berlusconi had to visit Tunis in order to discuss with Tunisia's interim president Fouad Mebazaa the ways to bring the refugees back and how to prevent others from leaving the country for Europe. Berlusconi even promised to provide the Tunisian border guards with patrol boats and off-road vehicles.
