Yesterday Nicolas Sarkozy made a speech in Toulon, Southern France, on the overall situation in France and the eurozone, saying that the Shengen agreement needs reconsidering. Mr. Sarkozy didn’t specified what aspects of the agreement should be reconsidered probably because on Monday he is to play host to Angela Markel. The talks are expected to result in a joint proposal on EU reforms.
Obviously, they will touch upon such issues as tighter eurozone integration and financial discipline.
"Let's face it, Europe can be swept by the crisis if it does not pull itself together, if it does not change…", Nicolas Sarkozy said during his speech in Toulon, hinting at more cardinal and efficient steps.
FOREX.
In the meantime, EURUSD is probably increasing the wave level of the retracement inside wave C H1. According to the SRP Sub-department under the Department of Masterforex-V Trading System , after the retracement is over, the local rally will be resumed.
